Using TechStop
By using the TechStop website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any product-specific information shown at checkout.
You must provide accurate customer, delivery and contact information. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, scrape it abusively, or use it for unlawful activity.
Products and refurbished condition
TechStop aims to describe products, variants, condition, inclusions and compatibility clearly. Refurbished products may show cosmetic wear consistent with their stated grade.
Images may be representative unless the product listing says the photos are of the exact item.
Pricing, payment and order acceptance
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment authorisation does not always mean an order has been finally accepted.
If an obvious pricing, availability or description error occurs, TechStop will contact you with a fair resolution and will not cancel completed orders for arbitrary reasons.
Supplier-backed availability and pre-orders
Some products are supplier-backed and may require final availability confirmation before fulfilment. TechStop does not automatically purchase from suppliers without completing its order process.
Pre-orders are subject to release timing, supplier allocation and the Pre-order Policy.
Delivery, ownership and risk
Delivery is handled under the Shipping and Delivery Policy. TechStop remains responsible for resolving delivery problems with customers in line with New Zealand law.
Ownership and risk are handled consistently with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of delivery.
Faults, remedies and change of mind
Faults and remedies are handled under the Returns, Refunds and Faults Policy and applicable law.
Change-of-mind returns are not automatically available unless TechStop expressly agrees.
Third-party services and intellectual property
Payments, hosting, email delivery and other parts of the service may be provided by trusted third-party providers.
TechStop website content, branding, layout and product content are owned by TechStop or licensed to TechStop unless stated otherwise.
Privacy, liability and changes
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to unlawfully exclude or restrict rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or Privacy Act 2020.
TechStop may update these terms from time to time. New Zealand law governs these terms.
