What refurbished means
Refurbished means a device has had previous use and has been inspected for resale. TechStop does not claim manufacturer refurbishment unless the product listing specifically says so.
Every refurbished device is expected to be functional and inspected. Cosmetic condition affects appearance, not the core functionality expected for normal use.
Like New
Excellent cosmetic condition with little to no visible wear. The phone has been inspected and tested to confirm its essential hardware functions correctly.
Very Good
Light cosmetic wear may be visible, such as small marks or minor blemishes. Cosmetic wear does not affect normal operation.
Good
More noticeable cosmetic wear may be visible, including marks, blemishes or small nicks around the frame or rear casing. Cosmetic wear does not affect normal operation.
Photos, accessories and batteries
Product photos may be representative unless the listing states otherwise. Compatible accessories may be supplied instead of original manufacturer accessories, and included accessories should be described on the product page.
Refurbished batteries naturally have prior use. Battery performance varies by model, age, settings and use. Any future minimum battery standard should be stated on the relevant product or policy once TechStop decides it.
