Release dates and availability
Release dates, supplier estimates and allocations may change. Product availability is not guaranteed until TechStop confirms supply for the order.
TechStop does not promise launch-day delivery unless a specific product page expressly says so.
Payment and fulfilment
Payment may be taken before fulfilment so TechStop can reserve or arrange the product. Orders containing pre-order and available products may be dispatched together or separately only where communicated.
If TechStop permanently cannot supply a pre-order, TechStop will communicate options, which may include cancellation and refund.
Delays, cancellations and price errors
TechStop will communicate material delays within a reasonable time. Cancellation before fulfilment may be available depending on order status, supplier progress and applicable law.
Price errors are handled consistently with the Terms and Conditions and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Your rights
This policy does not limit rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
